Sorlammen luontopolku 5,4 km
The Sorlampi nature trail is the southernmost of the Nuuksio trails. There is an easy acces to the trail from the Hästhagabacken parking place (marked on the map). This route is suitable for smaller children if they can make the 1,5 km hike from the parking place to Sorlampi, where there is a camping site with fire place.

Haukkalampi Punarinnankierros, Haukankierros ja Korpinkierros 2 km, 4 km ja 7 km
Haukkalampi parking is often very crowded. If you have nothing to carry, go to the Kattilantie 40 parking place near Högbacka and find your way to Haukkalampi via connecting paths.
Punarinnankierros trail is suitable for smaller children but not with baby carriages or prams. You can take prams directly to the Mustalampi or Haukkalampi from the guide cabin (400 meters).
Haukankierros trail takes you to the scenic rocky hills at Mustalampi and Haukkalampi. You’ll find space here even when the fire sites are crowded. There are some steep hills but no actual climbing is needed.
Korpinkierros trail is the most popular circular trail in Nuuksio. It will take two hours with occasional stops for the scenery.

Holman reitti Kattilasta 7,6 km

Starting from Kattila, this trail takes you to the beautiful lakes of Vähä-Holma, Iso-Holma (camping allowed), Pitkä Saarijärvi and Ympyrkäinenlampi. Nice circular route back to Kattila. Single path, heavy to walk.

Haukkalampi Iso-Holman lenkki 9,5 km
Iso-Holma is a natural camping site not far from Haukkalampi. The Iso-Holma trail will take you to the easy going paths of the western Nuuksio. The trail loops back to Haukkalampi via the Holma-Saarijärvi camping site..

Lammastarhan lenkki Solvallasta 10 km
Lammastarha trail from Solvalla (Haltia).
It pays off to go a little further from Solvalla than the nearest sports trails. The Lammastarha trail will take you to the Urja camping site and to lakes Orajärvi and Ruuhijärvi. Orajärvi is 100% natural scenery with clear water

Nouxtreme Solvallasta 10 km
Nouxtreme trail from Solvalla.
This is the official route of the Nouxtreme trail run competition. Trail is unmarked, very hard and meant for trail running. Try one or two laps if you have the strength and stamina. However, in the wintertime it is worth a snow shoe trip if you avoid the ski tracks. For hiking a better alternative is the Lammastarha trail.

Suolikas Lummukas-lenkki Solvallasta 22,5 km
Suolikas Lummukas trail from Solvalla.
This trail takes you to the Saarijärvi-Sarkkinen-Suolikas lake triplet. The scenery is the best in Nuuksio in any season of the year. The trail is heavy to walk and has some ragged and rocky hills along the way. This trail is absolutely worth a trip, just take your time. Note that you can camp at the Pöksynhaara and Valkealampi camping sites.

Nuuksio Classic Trail Marathon yhteislenkki 2:n reitti Solvallasta 22 km
This is one of the Nuuksio Classic Trail Marathon test run routes. It includes the race route from Solvalla to the Kattila path and the part from Haukkalampi to Solvalla. This is an alternative to the Suolikas Lummukas trail. For an overnight trek, start at Haukkalampi and camp at the Suolikas Valkealampi or Pöksynhaara for the night.

Romvuori Soidinsuo 14,5 km
This is the backbone path for the South-West part of the Nuuksio. Start from Siikaranta or Siikaniemi. At Romvuori it pays off to sidestep east  to the Pitkäjärvi and admire the views from the rocky west side. Raven country. This trail covers the first 7 km and the last 5 km of the Nuuksio Classic Trail Marathon and is also a popular trail running practice route.

Montrail Nuuksio 50 km (ultra)
This is the Nuuksio round trip. The route follows the Helsinki 2000-route wth some exceptions: The Rinnekoti road section has been replaced with the Väärälampi single track path and from Salmi to Haukkalampi the cycling route has been replaced with the Kattila single path trail. From Haukkalampi the route follows the Haltia path which has a couple steep hills with stairs. For MTB use the original Helsinki 2000 route. This is a nice route for a weekend trip or for a 6-8 hour ultra run. 1/3 of the route is single track path, other parts are marked hiking trails or gravel roads.

With baby carriages or with a person needing assistance:
Take the path from Haukkalampi to Mustalampi, it is accessible with a wheelchair though heavy assistance is required. There is also a path to Haukkalampi camping site (400 meters) which is accessible with a wheelchair (if assisted).
The main routes at Pirttimäki and Salmi, the Solvalla nature trail and easiest routes in Luukki are accessible with wheels. The Kattila fire site is also very near the parking place.

No route on this site is suitable for a wheelchair or baby carriages. This being said, scout the trail ahead of time and you will find many places that are close to parking places and with some innovation and maybe the assistance of two persons can be reached even with disabilities. Remember that even small children walk and ski though seldom more than 1 km.
During the snow season almost all places are accessible with the assisting person on skis or snow shoes and the passenger in ahkio (toboccan). Please practice downhills ahead of time.

Water
Potable Water is available at the Haukkalampi guide cabin, the Salmi service building and the Luukki service building. Check the opening hours ahead of time if you are dependent on water refill. The Haukkalampi water service is available all year round.
Pirttimäki, Haltia and Oittaa have cafeterias, check the opening hours.

With small children:
From Haukkalampi to Mustalampi, less than 1 km,fire places and exciting nature
The Sorlampi nature trail, apr.1,5 km from the parking place to the Sorlampi lake.
The Lammastarha trail from Solvalla, the most direct route to the Urja camping site is 3 km.
Scout the Pirttimäki, Salmi, Luukki and Kattila nearest fire place sites.
